We also show you other powerful tools that you can use to release stress at any point of the day, whether it is letting unhelpful memories fade away, or letting yourself be at peace AND also taking effective action toward what you want.
Many people find hypnosis to be more relaxing than a massage. When your mind can truly relax, your body will relax as well, and you will notice that the stress melts away as the relaxation fill its place.
Very often clients realize that an issue, such as drinking, is becoming a problem. They would rather cut down, than stop altogether. Whatever the addiction and whatever the severity we are able to help you cut down or stop altogether, the choice is yours.
Hypnosis for Anxiety and Addiction
Do you ever feel that your thoughts and emotions control you, rather than you controlling them?
For some people, it is a daily pattern to have general feelings of anxiousness or nervousness, with no visible reason. Others experience anxiousness in certain situations, such as public speaking, dating, or test-taking.
- The cause of all Anxiety
Whichever the situation, feelings of anxiety always have one thing in common: they are fears of something happening in the future. Some of these fears may be completely unconscious, and they “run” so fast in your mind that you aren’t even aware of them.
The great news is that a person who has anxiety also must have a great imagination! In order to have that nervousness about something that may or may not happen in the future, you have to imagine it.
Because your imagination is activated, this makes you a perfect candidate for hypnosis.
With hypnosis, we will now begin to show you how to use your imagination in constructive and positive ways, not the negative ways of the past. You will learn how to trust the process and to just let go.
EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is a method where you “tap” on certain acupressure points on the head, upper chest and face, while a practitioner guides you through speaking certain phrases designed to neutralize the emotions associated with what you would like to release.
EFT has been proven to be effective with a wide variety of different issues, in fact, many of the same things we would use hypnosis for.
- What Should I expect in an EFT Session?
We will begin the session by pinpointing a specific issue that you would like to work through and a specific feeling that this issue is tied to. We then guide you through the EFT process, to reduce the emotional significance of a feeling in your body.
Almost always, you will start to notice changes in how you are feeling within even the first few minutes after we start tapping. We will also show you and provide you with a method to do EFT on your own after you leave.
